COOP Advertising
We have a vested interest in our merchant's Success! As your agent for credit card transactions, my success depends upon Your Success. The idea behind the Coop is very simple. Advertising is Expensive. This is a way for all of us to share this expense, and build our businesses faster. There is only one requirement for participation, you must be a client of mine, and I am your agent for your credit card and/or electronic check processing services.  You do not have to participate every month, you can participate as your budget allows. As a group, we will decide by vote where we want to advertise, be it through a Valu-pack, radio, online, etc, and how much funds we have to get the greatest amount of exposure.

Featured Business Advertising
In the very near future, we will be putting up a section for Featured Businesses, that our visitors can view. Businesses that have signed up with me as their agent for their credit card and/or check processing or other services can be listed in our Featured Businesses Section provided they have a website. If you do not have a website, and wish to participate, contact me at 717-762-3166, and I can refer you to affordable designers who can have you up in no time at all.

Businesses who have an online store and are using my e-commerce solution will be featured in a special area of the Featured Businesses Section as an Ecommerce Store, so that those who are ready to buy now, do not have to hunt through which of our featured businesses they can buy from right away. If you are not using my ecommerce solution, contact me, chances are you already are using our software so that you can accept online transactions, and I just need to get your switch turned on. If are not using our Trinity Software, and want an online store, contact me, and I'll explain to you how easy it is to be set up with your own store in just minutes.

Referral Networking Groups 
As I am signing up new clients and prospecting, I am asking who wants to participate in a Referral Network. I am going to be setting up two different types of groups. Those Local to Waynesboro, Pennsylvania and those who are Online. For the Local Area Waynesboro, Pennsylvania businesses Business Owners or those who Represent a Company's products and services will meet in a designated location once a week each week. The purpose of the group is to get to know one another, get to know one another's businesses so that as we are speaking to others about our own services, and identify needs they have that fit with one of the member's products or services, we will recommend the person in our group, and get their okay to have our member contact them. Then when we meet for breakfast each week, we have the goal of bringing at least one referral to give to another member of the group. The better we know one another, and what each other provides, the more valuable our group will be. Each week we will rotate, and a member will present what their businesses products and services are, so that every member is better prepared to make referrals for one another. Game? My online Group will have the same structure, but it is for businesses outside of the local Waynesboro, Pennsylvania area, and we will set up a weekly chat, most likely through PalTalk or something similar like Skype. If you're interested, send me an email with the same information that I'm requesting from local area businesses.

PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED
If you commit to the Group, You Must Participate! Only one Business Type of its Kind will be allowed in the Group. We don't need 5 Different types of Businesses all selling the Same Type of Product. If several of the same type of business expresses interest, I will set up more than one group, so that as many businesses as wish to participate can. However, because we are restricting each group to one business of its type, it means that other businesses of your type cannot participate, at least in the group you are in. So, to be fair, your participation is required. It is not fair to exclude others who would participate for members who've taken a spot, and then don't, and it is not fair to the other members of the group either, who are generating referrals for your business and it is not being reciprocated.

*Special Note: If you're business has a particulary Crazy Time of year, of course we will make exceptions for that period, for example Retailers at Christmas, Florists at Any Holiday, Etc. Except for these times, if a member misses two meetings, they will be contacted to find out why. If they miss a third time in a row, their spot is available for other businesses who make inquiry for that group. **HINT** Groups who are very active can generate a lot of referrals, you do not want to lose this business, so please don't lose your spot! Participate.
